I am a webmaster (not a designer). My work begins after you have purchased hosting and after the site has been designed.  My specialty is adding products, setting up the shopping cart, creating informational pages, linking and providing ongoing (as-needed) support and site-maintenance and offering tutorials to learn how to self-maintain your site.

I work closely with an experienced, talented designer and graphic artist who specializes in small business website design. She has years of experience, has designed thousands of websites and specializes in logo creation and custom graphics.  Best of all, she understands the budget constraints of a small business and is very affordable! She & I work very closely together to provide excellent customer service and communication through the entire process. Once your site is created, I complete the process by adding your products, informational pages, setting up your cart and providing on-going (as needed) site support.  You communiciate with me through the entire process, to keep things as simple & easy as possible!

My Hours & Communication Style:

*I work with clients in an efficient & thorough manner to ensure your website is built to your expectations!  I am a working mom, officing at home.  I spend days with my family and begin work in the evening, often working into the wee hours. Due to my late hours and the high volume of clients I support, I correspond with clients via email and am only able to offer phone support when scheduled in advance.  I check email regularly & respond to your messages as quickly as possible, typically within a few hours. 

Phone tutorials and coaching sessions may be purchased in advance through my website.  Phone tutorials offer a walk through of the Feature Cart (the admin section of your website) and/or answers to your specific questions regarding maintaining your website.  You have my undivided attention during our phone call.
