TAXES & SHIPPING
There are no shipping fees or taxes on graphics or website design. These services are distributed via email or through uploading directly to your website. Printed materials (i.e. business cards) incur a flat $5.00 shipping fee & are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Marketing materials shipped to Minnesota are charged Minnesota state sales tax.

LEAD TIME
Sites are set up as soon as possible after your payment clears. Generally, this is within 2 weeks for a standard set-up or starter package, though often it within a few days. At times, my work load may be heavy & the wait list may longer. If your site involves in depth or ongoing support beyond the starter package, the set-up may take longer. Contact me to discuss the current build-time. To prepare for your site set-up, you should have the 'site preparation' form completed (I will email this to you), product descriptions written, & photos ready to send.

REFUND POLICY
Website support, photo editing, project management and site maintenance are time-intensive. Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
